The Night Horses

One night, as the mists rolled through the valley, I stole away to the side of the road. There, barely visible among the mist and the glow of the distant street lights, were two horses in a field. I stood at the edge of the gravel, situated my tripod among the weeds, and stood in the chill air while the horses napped in the darkness.

Wee little bit spooky.
